SCORPION TREATMENT/BLACK LIGHTING | pest control

Being a stinging arthropod, scorpions are rarely welcome in our yard, much less within our homes. Sometimes they pose a threat to us and our families; therefore we have implemented measures that focus directly on scorpions.

Scorpions are resilient, but they are able to be controlled. With our granular lawn application we can stop the scorpions before getting to your home. Aqueous solutions are effective; however, granules provide a much stronger residual, able to weather harsh climates, and bond well with soil.

Another proactive step in effective scorpion treatment is black lighting. This method entails physically removing scorpions from your yard and home. Black lighting is conducted after sunset; a black light is then emitted onto the inspected surfaces, consequently illuminating the scorpion. The scorpion glows a fluorescent green under the black light, making it very easy to see and ultimately remove.

Black lighting is not only a fun aspect of pest control; it is also assurance for our customers when they see scorpions being physically removed from their homes.
